Lionsgate Building 1 – Base Build Upgrade – Pelligra Group

Working alongside Pelligra, our team is delivering the electrical package across all six tenancies, supporting a project that will add more than 37,000m² of industrial space to the area. From the cabling and installation of nearly 600 high bay lights to the installation of almost 5km of submains cable across the site, there’s been plenty happening behind the scenes to keep the project moving forward We’re proud to be part of a development of this scale and look forward to sharing more progress as the build continues.
