Lionsgate Building 1 – Base Build Upgrade – Pelligra Group

In partnership with Pelligra, we are delivering the electrical services for this major 37,000m² industrial development comprising six tenancies. The project includes the installation of metered main switchboards, multiple distribution boards, and large aluminium submains supported on cable ladder systems exceeding 10 metres in height. Our scope also includes high-bay warehouse lighting, emergency and exit lighting systems, as well as external building and car park lighting throughout the site.
